*Please remember Nikki&Mallory Handbags are NOT massed produced. Every design, no matter the style, is one-of-a-kind and can be made to your specifications through the custom ordering process. Each item is hand-cut and stitched in-house using an industrial sewing machine and/or hand sewn, in California. Due to each item being handmade, there may subtle inconsistencies that make each piece individually one of a kind.
For custom ordering please select the "Custom Order" tab, and complete the form. Within 3-5 business days of receipt, you will be contacted to further discuss your order.

Due to the nature of our custom/made to order pieces, we do not accept returns. However, we will gladly repair or replace your item should there be an issue. Simply contact us within 30 days from receipt of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

•All items are handmade/made to order. Time frames differ from product to product and are specifically listed on each product page. Please check these prior to ordering. Expedited shipping is available, please message me for detail.
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. Priority takes 1-3 business days for delivery with tracking included on US shipping. Expedited shipping is available please message me for detail.
Orders over $150 will be shipped with Signature Confirmation
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class. Tracking will only be available while the package is inside of the US. This can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. If you need your international order expedited, please contact me to arrange Priority Shipping with tracking.
*Hand Delivery* Some customers want their pieces hot off the press and/or need items asap for special events. If you're within a 40 mile radius of Nikki&Mallory, you have the option of hand delivery. A $10 fee applies. Please send request to email@example.com
*Nikki&Mallory wears many hats. What she doesn't wear is a Post office hat. Unfortunately lost packages will not be refunded. We are not responsible for lost packages.
